Spring Service
In the spring, our technicians visit your property to turn on your watering system. We perform the following maintenance:
  • Turn on the water
  • Check valves,
  • Align spray heads and rotors
  • Check for leaks and
  • Set the control box

Fall Service
In October, November or December, our service technician visits to winterize your sprinkler system. With our commercial grade air compressor, we blow all water out of the valves, spray heads and rotors, which prevents freezing in the water lines. At this time, we’ll ask that you turn the water off from the inside of the house and leave the master shut-off in the “on” position on the outside of your house. It’s similar to turning off the water line to your outdoor spigot. In so doing, you ensure water doesn’t remain in the line, which could freeze, expand and crack a water line.

How We Charge
All service calls are done based on time and materials, without exception. This allows the customer to have the work done properly and effectively, without the repair person attempting to do as little as possible due to a previously provided estimate that doesn't cover all the problems. Since neither customer nor service technician can see underground, any lawn sprinkler system repair estimate is just a guess at best. Time and material is not only a fairer way to deal with an irrigation system repair, it results in the customer getting a better job, while only paying for work actually done. Beware of the company with the low hourly rates, many times they advertise lower rates but charge well over average for parts to make up for the difference.
